Completing your purchase on our website is just the first step.
To begin crafting your custom accessory, we will need a nose print of your beloved dog or cat. Simply take the print using the provided materials and return it to us by mail.

Taking the Nose Print
Use the silicone putty to gently capture your pet’s nose print. If your pet is hesitant, an alternative area such as a paw pad may be used instead.

Returning the Silicone Mold
Once you’ve taken the print, please send it back to us and we will start work on your precious jewelly.

Crafting Your Jewelry
After we receive the mold, our artisans will carefully handcraft your custom accessory with great care and attention to detail.

Delivery of Your Finished Piece
Your personalized accessory will be shipped approximately 1 or 2 weeks after we receive your silicone mold. (Please note: delivery time may vary depending on order volume and the shipping method you choose during checkout)
