Returns and Refund Policy

1. Scope of Application

Currently, petitmuseau.net only sells custom-made accessories crafted based on your pet's nose print and the silicone impression kits (including additional kits) required for production. We do not sell general (ready-made) products at this time. If we begin selling ready-made products such as cloths or replacement chains in the future, the “General Products” section of this policy will apply.

2. Summary of Return Rules

Important: Since the silicone impression kit is considered part of the custom-made accessory production and is shipped to initiate the transaction, it is not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund based on Article 15-2 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

3. Special Notes on Silicone Impression Kits

1. If the kit is not returned

   • Even if a cancellation is requested after the kit has been shipped, if no silicone is returned by the customer, cancellation and refund will not be accepted.

2. In case of failed impression or lost kit

   • If the impression fails or the kit is lost due to customer circumstances, cancellation or refund is not accepted.

   • If you wish to reattempt the impression, please transfer 900 yen (500 yen for additional silicone + 400 yen shipping) including tax. We will ship an additional kit after confirming the payment. This additional kit fee is also non-refundable.

4. Return Procedure for (Future) General Products

*Currently, we do not sell general products. This policy only applies if such products are purchased in the future.

1. Contact customer support at luxebow.global@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the product.

2. We will provide a return request form. Please fill in the required information.

3. We will send you the return address and a return shipping label.

4. Pack the item in its original packaging and return it to the designated address.

5. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days if there are no issues.

5. Refund Method (for General Products Only)

• Credit Card Payment: Refunded to the same card

• Bank Transfer: Refunded to the designated account

• Other Payment Methods: We will contact you individually

The refund amount will be the full product price. Return shipping is covered by us.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation is only possible before the product is shipped after order confirmation.

• Cancellation is not possible after the silicone kit has been shipped or custom-made production has started.
