※型取り用のシリコンはペットに害の無いものを使用しております。弊社独自の仕様により、型取りの際に熱を利用しないのでわんちゃん・ねこちゃんにも安心です。

【仕上がりについてのご注意】
当社のジュエリーは、愛犬・愛猫からお取りいただいた鼻紋のシリコン型をもとに、一点ずつ手作業で制作しております。 完成するチャームの形や模様は、ご返送いただいたシリコン型の状態に大きく左右されます。
型取りの範囲、深さ、角度、押し方などによって、鼻紋の出方やチャームの輪郭、厚み、凹凸に違いが生じます。 また、犬や猫の鼻の形・大きさ・凹凸・鼻紋の入り方には個体差があるため、完成するチャームの仕上がりもそれぞれ異なります。
ホームページやInstagramなどに掲載している商品写真は、あくまで過去の制作例であり、同じ形や仕上がりをお約束するものではございません。
型の状態と鼻の個性を生かしながら職人が手作業で仕上げるため、左右差やわずかな凹凸など、ハンドメイドならではの個体差が生じる場合もございます。 チャームの輪郭や鼻紋の残し方などについてご希望がある場合は、ご注文時にできるだけ具体的にお知らせください。シリコン型の状態や制作上の制約により、ご希望どおりの仕上がりをお約束することはできませんが、可能な範囲で対応いたします。
そのため、お客様のご希望やイメージとの相違を理由とした無償での再制作・交換は承っておりません。
ただし、ご注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合や、破損・著しい制作不良など、当店の過失による不備が確認された場合は、責任をもって対応させていただきます。

The silicone putty used to take the nose print is soft and the process is quick, so it doesn’t place a significant burden on your pet. However, we recommend doing it while your pet is calm and relaxed to ensure the process goes smoothly.
If the nose print collection doesn't go as planned, we can send you an additional set of silicone putty for 5SGD/15MYR plus shipping. Please feel free to contact us if needed.
The silicone putty begins to harden about one minute after mixing. We recommend taking your pet’s nose print within 40 seconds of mixing to ensure the best result.
Yes, you can currently choose between a necklace and a bracelet.
Our accessories are primarily designed for dogs and cats. However, depending on the individual pet’s nose shape or texture, it may be difficult to get a clear print. If your pet is uncomfortable or it's not possible to take a nose print, we can also create the accessory using a paw pad or another suitable area.
The key is to choose a time when your pet is relaxed—such as right after a nap. If your pet resists, don’t force it. Instead, give them some time and try again later when they’re calmer. Patience and a gentle approach will help make the process smoother.
To ensure your pet’s unique nose print is beautifully preserved in the accessory, it’s important to take a clear and well-defined imprint. If the impression doesn't come out well, don’t worry — we’re happy to send additional silicone putty for 5SGD/15MYR plus shipping. Please feel free to reach out if you’d like to request a new set.

Since we use international shipping, the whole process usually takes about 1 to 2 months. Once you receive the silicone putty, please take your pet’s nose print and send it back to us as soon as possible using the provided return method.Please note that completing your purchase on our website alone does not complete the order. We need to receive your pet’s nose print before we can start making the accessory.
The finished accessory will be delivered in an original jewelry box, making it ready to give as a gift to your loved one.Please note that, in consideration of environmental protection, we do not provide paper bags. We appreciate your understanding.
